FDA and Paper Taxes
We have our contents submission for the FDA and are in compliance with their suggestions and will post relevant documents on this site as they are supplied, released, and needed.
The tobacco industry has had many changes over the past several years and the FDA wants to be made aware of substantially NEW tobacco products, that are not equivalent to a previously existing one, unlike almost all, if not all, hand-rolling papers. Our papers are similar to previously existing tobacco products as currently defined by the FDA, and our correspondence with them is correct.
Any changes in compliance requirements that affect our customers will be forwarded as needed.
Also, excise duties on all cigarette papers we produce are paid, by us, upon entry into the United States, as required by law. We have a paid customs bond and only use authorized import firms.
Any statements to the contrary made by competitors are inaccurate, at best. That is all we care to say about them at this time. We want to see you successful by providing the highest quality product we can; while providing exceptional customer service.
The most important thing right now is to focus on the business of repairing America, and that, of course, is: business itself.
